My favorite Teacher is, similar to my least favorite, a mixture of several teachers I’ve had over the years. This is a teacher with the patience of a saint. A teacher who, when they are teaching, you can tell is excited and interested in the material. There is a light in their eyes, a burning desire for their students to really understand the knowledge they’re trying to pass on. The teachers that have a lifelong love of learning that shines out of them. They always have time to listen to a student’s problems, and to help them understand. They don’t judge, because what is easy for one student might not be easy for another.
The best teachers come from a love of learning and a love for their students. I hope I never forget that.
